酒店位置很好，就在中央大街。离周边景点都很近。酒店卫生很好。餐厅服务一般，晚上酒店9：30闭店，但是9点基本就收工了，服务不到位。但是总体印象不错。

总体不错，就是地下停车场太小，房间的总体感觉与四星级还是有点小差距

住18楼，据说是商务间，只有一个小边台，且电视又老，还是普通21遥，房间比同样四星的酒店面积小，来人都没法接待。隔音极差，特别是和隔壁房间，连旁边房间手机来电震动的声音都能听见，更别提说话和洗澡水声，可笑。好在最后一天旁边房间才有人住，忍了。全国主要大城市4星以上的酒店都有住过的（除了华旅以外还有开会），金谷的价位是高的，个人认为它的地理位置和早餐均有优势，房间卫生状况也不错，服务在北方城市算好的，就是酒店房间设施太老，而且大堂整天都是阴暗的。定出租车，从房间打当地手机都收钱。如果冬天来住考虑地理位置可以选择此处，前提是价位降低。如果其它季节可以不选择该酒店了。

While Jingu has a great location on the pedistrian street in Harbin that did not make up for the poor service. We chose this hotel because it was advertised as international which typically means as english-only speakers we should have no problem communicating, unfortunately that was not the case. The staff was unable to communicate with us and unable to provide standard tourist information like the best way to get somewhere or a restaurant recommendation. There is no concierge which made it all the more difficult. Additionally, when asking the bell staff to hail a taxi they would lead us to taxis waiting on the corner who would charge a flat rate (at least double the true cost) instead of running the meter. When we told the bell staff we wanted a regular taxi they told us it was too busy. The breakfast which was included was also disappointing, we arrived between 8:15 and 9am each day and nothing was being refilled even though breakfast went until 9:30am.
