service needs a lot of improvements It has a good location, easy accessibility to most major attractions and shopping areas. But needs to address personnel''s correct attitude on service. We were not able to eat at the Chinese Restaurant even during lunch time We were directed to take the small function rooms but the people there simply showed their unwillingness openly because we''re only 2 and told us to go to the coffee shop instead. They should simply remove the restaurants if all they prefer is group dining. Very unpleasant experience when you are being pushed around and end up eating outside instead and having the feeling you are not welcomed at all. It doesn''t measure up to the standards of a 4 star establishment.
