good hotel It is a great hotel but not sure why the hotel is charge $250 yuan to Hong Kong airport whereas I purchased the ticket from Hong Kong aiport to hotel only cost $170HK. I was told the hotel is adding its own margin on top which should be explained to the customer.Another strange thing is that the driver only drove you to the second level of Chinese immigration building, not the first floor which requires you carrying your own luggage all the way to the first floor like a labourer. The first minute you enjoyed the luxuary of Shangrila and the next you are the labouer, the driver is not prepared to help you in anyway even you are a woman carrying a large suitcase managing the stairs. I thought if the hotel is charging such a huge margin there should be some service at the immigration end.
