Dear Sir/Madam: Warmly greeting to you and welcome you stay with us, we feel so honorable to serve you because you are our VIP and valuable guest. Firstly I must do apologize to you because any unhappy things occurred and make you inconvenient during your staying in our hotel, our receptionist could not offer you good service and can not understand what you need. I am so sorry for the unprofessional service by our receptionist.Our Front Office Manager will make more training for all of the reception team. Furthermore I will check the reason why the noise happened again and again.
