I booked through cTrip - weeks in advance for 3 rooms - all confirmed. At checkin, they said the rooms were not available as they had been sold to others. I was not happy ! After some discussion they found 3 rooms for us, but they were more expensive and said we had to pay the difference.I had 3 rooms confirmed via ctrip for RMB980 each - they wanted to charge me RBM1380 each - despite having booking confirmation. I showed them the ctrip confirmation and eventually they found us 3 rooms at the confirmed RMB980 each.Staff were not very well versed in checkin and chekout process - not efficient and not customer focused.Rooms were OK. We had 2 x Business IT rooms (big) but the third room was very small (almost like staff quarters).Overall I would not stay here again as it is not worthy of the star rating it has.

我们一进屋就闻到一股男人住过的烟味，味道很不好，窗户又打不开。连暖气（空调暖风）都没有，设施感觉很差，我是看金牌酒店才住的，不知道华旅怎么评选的，这样的酒店我不会在住了。

还可以的酒店

在广州这个价位还可以吧，房间一般，早餐没什么好吃的。位置还算方便。靠近东站
