When walking into hotel, the air is fragrant and fresh, while the receptionist at the door always greet you with a sweet smile. It makes me feel relaxing. The room is large and luxuriously decorated with comfortable bed. The service of housekeeping and restaurants is good. Overall, I highly recommend Shangra-la and I will choose Shangra-la again next time even the price is in the high-end among the five-stars hotels.
