First impression when you enters the lobby is not too grand but it feels homey.The receptionist at the front desk are more than helpful with all our inquiries regarding restaurant, transport, shows, tourist spot and etc.Overall is a good place to stay, the room is very spacious, bed is very comfortable everything is in order.Two comments that i have regarding the hotel are:1. Location wise is not very close to anything, it is very hard to get taxi from where the hotel is. Even if you do get it, they may not want to deliver you to tourist spots. I think taxi in Hangzhou are just generally lousy.2. Breakfast varieties is good, however by 09.30 basically all the food are depleted, they do not re-stock anymore, which is a big let down. So, wake up early and enjoy the breakfast while it last.
