Nice hotel in need of renovation
This is an impressive hotel in need of work. The panoramic views of the sea and city from the top floors are indeed spectacular, and the setting is congenial, with a large park across the road. The lobby is spacious and grand in the four-star Chinese style, but has little warmth. A nice Chinese restaurant is on the third floor. Our room on the top floor was not large but the huge window made up for the lack of space and also made the room bright and cheerful. Unfortunately, the carpet was appalling: worn and almost black along the travel paths, It was also pitted with cigarette burns even though we were in a “no-smoking room” on a “no-smoking floor.” The rest of the décor was aged and worn. The cramped bath had a black scum line around the tub and ceiling, discolored grouting, and a single dim light. In short, the Golden Seaview is badly in need of an upgrade. The good news is that six floors (out of twenty eight) are currently under renovation. The roof is also being worked on and as a result, we, on the top (“no-smoking”) floor got to listen to hammering and drilling all day long, the price of a no-smoking view. Do not travel in China in low-cost hotels if you are a man of little patience.

海口出差很好的宾馆
此宾馆非常适合出差居住，各方面都很好，尤其是马路对面是著名的万绿园，闲来带瓶水，拿本书，在水边溜达溜达，疲乏了树下水边看书发呆，实在是解除出差乏味的好方法。
