I did not find the front office staff very helpful. Their English level could be better but above all their level of service mindedness could be much better. I found the staff on 2nd floor at executive lounge and meeting rooms to be very good.On 6th floor was the breakfast restaurant. The selection was just OK not more and it was not a big plus. In the basement there was a sauna that charged 180 RMB for use which I have never heard of before.

Close to the lake but just in front of the streets which make the rooms a bit noisy.The hotel is ok but the rooms look a bit old. The hotel could use a good renovation.The rooms size is ok but the bathrooms look small though (especially the bathtube).Good hotel but the quality doesn''t meet the price. To sum up : overpriced.The Chinese restaurant was a good surprise as it is very delicious.
