This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. We were refused entry to a restaurant 2 hrs before advertised closing because there were no other guests there. One restaurant had been booked for a function but there was no notice advising hotel guests of that so we had a 200m walk for nothing.Breakfast is a discrase, most food is cold, covered in oil and limited in supply, Clean up begins 1 hr before advertised closing. The staff have no idea of customer service, often ignore requests, reach across tables, talk on mobiles and are generally rude.Evening meal experience was the same except that there is no English menus or staff that can assist with advising the food content in English.We were woken at 11.00pm with a wrong room service entry who then accuse us of making the request. My wife is a local and gave them her thoughts in no uncertain terms but they still failed to acknowledge the mistake.This Hotel should be struck from all booking sites.We have stayed in many hotels in China over the last few years and this advertised 5star hotel is by far the worst of them all, 0 Stars at best.
