硬件一般，软件服务不错

房间设施太差，与四星标准差了点，但服务不错，早餐也很好。在深圳性价比还算不错的。

BIG PROGLRM WITH THE SERVICE IN THIS HOTEL

My Lacoste T-shirt sent to laundry, but when they send them back to me, those are folded, I didn't check, when I arrived at home, found that the T-shirts are shrinked a lot, when I tried them on, those are much shorter, those are all new shirts I bought in HK, which is really disaster, I will no longer stay in this hotel any more.

酒店不错，环境较差

酒店总体不错，但是旁边天虹商场在搞建设，噪音比较大，其他都还不错。

买二送一，促销手段比较吸引。

环境及设施还不错，客房也还比较干净，只是餐饮（西餐）比较麻烦－－老外很不习惯这儿的食物，找不到合适的西餐。
