I stay in the hotel for 4 nights for business trip, the location is very convenient. Regarding the room, it is clean and comfortable, BUT the lighting in the room and washroom is too dark, also the washroom smells bad and I have to spray perfume before going in every time. Also, I have requested a non-smoking room online to the ctrip.com sales person but the request has not been passed to the hotel. End up there is only one room left but it smells really bad. Then I have been arranged to a smoking room but lucky that the condition is okay. The staffs in front desk are helpful and polite. I think I will stay there again next time in SH.
