设施很陈旧而且不完善，床非常硬，电视机应该是300元/台那个款式的而且好像马上就要报废了，窗户很小，风景倒是很好，交通也相当便利。个人感觉要是八十年代的话这或许是个不错的宾馆！如果您喜欢这样的房间建议您去1220房间（我们就是住的1220房间）290元/晚，很不值这个价格！感觉像是旅馆！说是4星但是连2星宾馆都不如！！！

disappointing from the first minute to the last! it was the fist time and the last time that we book a hotel with CTrip, now we want to see first!we booked 4 nights but we escaped after the first one. my wife even wanted to leave immediately but I insisted to stay, hoping to change her mind, I was wrong. they pretend to have 4-stars! no service at all, they don''t even show you your room or help to carry your luggage. only 1 staff can barely speak english. no need to book in advance, your room will be given to someone else whom will be asked a more expensive price. disgusting toilet defect. no heater, 11 degrees outside not much more inside. very few amenities and they charge you if you use some. holes in the towels. several lights out of work, a problem to see because no window means no light!. TV from the last century. keep your shoes on: the only barrier to the dirty moquette, and don''t move any furniture you will be scared by the amount of dirt! a staff disturbed us at 1:00am pretending to come to repair the TV...we moved to the old Guangdong Vicyory hotel and enjoyed so much our staying there.Jean & Thanh
