Good value but don''t trust the room safe. Pease don''t be put off by the title. Check in was easy, the room was good, clean and quiet. The staff English Language skills are not great but they try very hard to please you. I have two compaints, one is the breakfast and the other the room safe. Breakfast is overpriced and not very good. The hotel provides a room safe, however the safe is not attached to the wall. Anyone who can lift 7 kilos could put it in a large suitcase and walk off with your valuables. I think the safe problem is common in China. I have discussed this with many English speaking hotel managers who understand the issue but never. make sure their own hotels safes are secured. I will stay in Kaili Hotel again.
