Terrible staff, Rooms with Cigarette smoke stink, Lobby foggy with smokers
So far the most unfriendly staff we have encountered in our China trip. The front-desk girls were making fun of us as they followed little to No English, instead of trying to understand the customer''s needs and be useful. The billing was done so badly and they were not able to understand or explain how the credit card was used. A point blank rude NO to extending even by half hour for a late checkout. The left luggage is also put up in lobby, they do not have a spare room for that.The rooms have old carpet and stink of cigarette smoke. We managed a room change to a higher floor which was a bit better and the view of the river canal was the only positive in our 2 day stay at this hotel.We will never ever stay at this hotel again and do not recommend to anyone.People travelling to Guilin must stay for a day or two at Yang Shou itself to enjoy Li River better. We met some travellers who did just that and found that more rewarding. We did not have too many days to spare so we did not.

酒店北窗外即是桃花江，令人赏心悦目。3楼露天有游泳池，陡增生活品质。多住几天，店家会主动为你优惠房价，给你一个惊喜。

丹桂酒店还是不错的
我定的桂林国旅自由人，12号入住酒店，15号退房，感觉房间设施一般，但是比较整洁干净，前台服务很好，总体比较满意，还非常感谢酒店帮我找到我忘拿的T恤，国旅的徐师傅帮我带到机场高速路口~！呵呵呵~！唯一遗憾的是在商务区的值班服务员很糟，20元一个小时使用商务区电脑，我们倒照片时，才发现唯一可用的一台电脑居然不能上网，杯具啊，只能删掉大部分照片~！商务区很小没有中央空调，服务员爱答不理一个人一台电扇对着自己吹，真的态度好差~！

交通便捷的酒店
酒店环境不错，出差安排的，房间干净整洁，设施有点老了，窗外视野良好。就是有两样不好，一个是宽带，自带笔记本要收20元一天，使用酒店房间内的电脑要30元一天，幸亏带3g卡了；另一个是马桶冲水有问题，不知是方法不对还是什么，要冲几次才ok，不符合节约用水潮流。
