Hello,Me and my husband had a nice time in this hotel.When we checked the previous reviews concerning this hotel we were a bit worried. I think some changes have been made in the hotel since then. Bottled water are given everyday. There are 2 staffs who speak english very well, 1 man being really very helpful. They did not argue over the ChinaHotels reservation when we paid. And they accepted some requests on spot when we arrived. room has every facilities, just a bit small.Location is really very good. The bund is just there. Nanjing road is 15 min walking distance with it''s metro station.
