No longer a 5-star
I think the RedBuds was probably one of Changchun''s best hotels 10 or 15 years ago. But now the hotel and the hotel rooms are in serious need of renovation. My room was very old, dusty, and dirty. I asked for more pillows, but the hotel said they didn''t have any more. I asked for help with the temperature (it was actually too hot in the winter), but they said it could not be adjusted. The indoor pool is not heated (although they say it is), the breakfast buffet ran out of bread, milk, and fruit -- every morning -- and the other dishes were not replenished. The front desk workers are efficient, but the dining workers, doormen, and other workers need five-star training if this hotel wants to continue to promote it''s status. My advice? Choose another hotel.

该装修了。还是不错，但是那种尊贵的感觉已经荡然无存了

这家酒店住了几十次了，印象没啥大的变化：老五星。五星的意思就是它的服务等很多东西确实是五星的，不管价格多低，服务还是有保障的。“老”的意思是，设备等各方面确实已经比较老了。
