Shouyue Hengshan International Hotel is a new resort hotel, located on Zhurong South Road in Nanyue scenic area. The highest peak of Mount Heng in Hunan Province is to the north and the Mount Tianzi Forest Park to the south. It adjoins to the Nanyue District government.

The guest rooms are from the 3rd floor to the 6th floor, with a total of 150 sets of guest rooms, of which standard rooms amount to 21 sets, superior rooms amount to 16 sets, business suites run up to 26 sets, and one presidential suite.
