精致酒店不精致，住的人不如意。

前台乱，吃早饭乱，这个倒是无大碍对我，关键，第一，那个房间是地毯的，最不好了，这样很脏的。第二，那个镜子太小，而且镜子旁边的那个插头，这么带不动我的吹风机啊？我们不得不在写字台旁边没镜子照的吹，晕死。

服务员好，房间大good, i come to check in lated, the receptionist very helpful, she upgrade room for me, i very happy and next time come to hangzhou i'll stay in this hotel. Next to the hotel got new opening fruit shop, it is very cheap and fresh.
