房间虽然不算大，但是乾净，环境也算清幽，不吵闹。早餐餐厅座位不算多，尖峰时间用餐需拼桌。离王府井步行街不远，走路约5~10分钟可到。

带家人到北京玩，考虑到地理位置和网上评论，选择了戴斯酒店。基本上比较失望。早上办理入住，结果等了2个小时（您没看错―――确实是2个小时），才让进房间，房间内一股非常重的烟味。其间鸣谢一下前台的胖大姐，如果不是她威胁客房部的服务员“客人都等俩小时了，你想不想干了！”，我们可能还要等更久。在退房的时候，查房的服务员说我们的烟头将地毯烫了个洞，很无语，根本没人抽烟。去交涉，服务员说她不管，让跟前台交涉，后向值班经理反映才解决。总而言之，搞得心情很差。其实，这个饭店本应做得很好的，地理位置也不错（离天安门和故宫很近,看升旗巨方便），而且在胡同里，很安静的。总是有一点点遗憾。希望可以改进一下。

This is the first time for my family to visit Beijing. With the help of Ctrip we found Firbidden City Days Inn, and we made reservation for a family room for two nights. We were deeply impressed with the excellent service of the hotel and the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. We enjoyed every minute of our two days'' stay there. Whenever we need help, the attendants would come to our help in no time.One thing must be mentioned here. The temperature was high when we were staying there, but the heater in the room was still on. We had to turn off the heater by ourselves, and turn on the AC instead. They should have turned off the heater or lowed down the temperature when it got warm.The location of the hotel is superd. Even if we had to bring our 3-year-old son with us, it took us only eight minutes to Tian An Men Square, and a few minutes to McDonald at Wangfujing Street. Very convenient to do anything.Next time when we visit Beijing, we will still choose this hotel to stay.Sincere thanks to all the staff of Forbidden City Days Inn.

酒店的位置在天安门和王府井的中间，位置不错。酒店服务也还好，让加被子、牙膏等都很快。房间较小，没什么转身的余地。

虽然地点在老胡同里，但是无烟房的房间很新，暖气很舒服，环境安静。特别的是前台服务很亲切，住的就是一个舒服。
