for the price!
price can not beat it, staff does not speak fluent English but they will try their best to help, breakfast food is not for westerners. I love this hotel because has a massage floor in the same building and I used to live near by. Great location for shopping. I will stay again here. Beds are on the hard side.

房间还算干净，服务态度不错。就是二楼川菜厅的气味太大。从早到晚大堂里一股火锅味。

几乎每次去杭州都住哪里，感觉一直很好，无论是设施还是服务态度。进出也很方便，是个不错的地方

房间比较大，设施有待完善和硬化。
酒店离市中心很近，出行很方便。订的是家庭房478元一晚（价格偏高），房间只有网线，没有电脑，装潢的也很一般，除了一张大床、一张小床，没有找到家庭房的温馨和“家”的感觉。
