地理环境好，但较陈旧
地理环境相当好，走5-8分钟有地铁，走3分钟有机场大巴，旁边有麦当劳，必胜客等快餐店，也有新兴家喻、明记等特色餐馆，走5分钟有摩登百货，10分钟左右就到海珠区最旺的地方江南西。但酒店设施有待更新。
