Front desk staff was not very nice during the date we arrived. Front desk staff was not very nice during the date we arrived, it was not very busy but our check-in request was slightly ignored, the service level seems to be down grade to the level of Ruian International Hotel nearby. Maybe it was due to the staff are still fresh (poor training?!). And there were water drops problems from the air-con, I called the front desk and they just passed the line, seemed not willing to try to be helpful and solve the problem.
