checking in was a disaster, i would understand that they have tons of guests on conference or something checking in, but with the conference people behind me and front desk calling out for all those that are attending to pass him thier cards, pissed me off and everyone attending conference just rushed to the front.... shouldnt they call for the hotel guests to go to another queue and those attending the conference to queue in another lane? very disorganised, Other than that, room was cozy, location was pretty good, the housekeepers are extremely cheerful, maintainence guys too! not something that i can say for the front desk when i was there.

交通非常方便，距离静安寺仅仅１０分钟步行。服务也很周到，服务员总是面带笑容。但是屋内的空调无法调节，而且周末吃早饭时，某些食物吃完后，更新较慢。

本来预订了2晚，结果住了一晚就换酒店了。酒店地理位置尚可，在静安寺附近；另外800元4小时的租车服务很赞。除此以外就比较糟糕了：紧挨着延安西路高架桥，对睡眠安静有要求的人就会很难受；酒店硬件很一般，家具旧，淋浴玻璃门内很窄很窄；周边没什么吃饭的地方，结果不得已跑去乐购上面的味千拉面解决了一顿午餐。
