High pricing Hotel without free I-Net access and a not really good breakfast
For this high pricing the service and food (special breakfast) should be much better. Also the I-Net connection in the room should be free of charge in this high price level, but unfortunately we had to pay 50 RMB/day!

服务差！！！
看学友演唱会去住了两晚。服务超级差，根本没有五星的水准！连一般的四星也比不了。订了行政房，去25楼吃早餐，很多东西没有了也不添加，小姐自顾自聊天，根本不管客人。。。。投诉也没用，值班经理打电话过来很敷衍的道歉就算完事了？？？上级都是如此怪不得手下这么差！！！除了2楼早餐碰到的两位外国服务生还算不错，其余的包括前台都很差！！！反正再也不会去了！！！

在天津算不错的，但在全国假日酒店里，硬件可以拼一拼，但软件服务上就属于低的了。
