宾馆是办公楼改造的，感觉不像宾馆。周边吃饭不方便，卫生一般。价格也不低。

环境不错
觉得非常值，因为同等价钱在深圳绝对找不到这么大而且这么便宜的酒店，离福田中心区也很近，酒店楼下不远就个地铁站！不错很满意

不太好
酒店公寓改造后的酒店，吃饭太不方便，同时酒店其它的设施基本不具备，价格也不低，不太适合居住，周围也不是很方便。但就是网络超慢，都什么年代了，连个网络都不弄快点,不知怎么回事。
