VP Business Development This is the worst experience I have ever had. I actually felt concern for my safety from the service personal. After I checked-in, I could not get the Internet working and there''s no instruction. Called front desk and they send their IT over. That''s when I learned that they had configured it for static IP. Which means there is no way any guest would be able to get the Internet working unless IT comes to set it up. After he finished, he demanded money from me for his service. I paid him thinking something bad might happen to me if I didn''t. When I got back home, I realized the hotel double charge my credit card.
