楼面异味重
这次是帮朋友预订该酒店，第一次所给的房间，一打开5楼的走廊门，即可闻到潮湿的异味，实在无法接受。不知是我的鼻子太好了呢还是酒店工作人员闻不出来，该楼层的异味实在太重。

Disappointing from an OLD Customer
My recent stay at the Penta was a disappointment.The old friendly smiles were replaced with stone cold faces. The old "eager to help" is now replaced with "get out of my face" attitude. Well too bad. Well too bad. My colleagues and I used to stay in Mayfair and Annex House (now Penta) for many years. We stayed because it was a nice and comfortable place when away from home.
