毫无服务理念的一家酒店,A Hotel with no concept about customer service. 这家酒店的地理还算方便,但是酒店的服务实在是不敢恭维,一个字差!首先,第一个晚上安排了一个朝马路的房间,早上6点就被拆大楼的声音吵醒,要求酒店换房间,早上8点就说了,说是下午2点可以弄好,直到3点还没好,第二、答应给我无线网路的卡,说是送来我房间的,却一直没有送,不知是忘了还是其他什么原因,也没交代,我也不想要了。很失望!第三、我想叫出租车,但是门童居然叫我自己到路口自己叫!!!种种事件给我感觉这家酒店毫无服务理念,我是不会再住这家酒店了!The hotel is located in pretty convenient location that is the only good point I had reserved a room for 2 nights and becasue I will be arriving late to the hotel I was asked to hold the room with a credit card guarantee. Upon arrival to the hotel approximately 1am in the morning, I was informed that right across the hotel they are tearing down an exisiting building and construction will commence everyday at 6am in the morning lasting until 10pm at night I then asked for them to place me in a more quite location, I was informed that all rooms are booked and the only room available is 803. Needless to say I told them that the room was on hold and with a credit card guaranteed why did they not hold a room at a more quiet location within the hotel? I got no response. Tired from my flight I reluctunaly took the room. Needless to say the construction woke me up at 6am. That was the beginning of the nightmare. I asked them at 8am to move me to a different room and was promised to do so before 2pm. I was back from my meeting around 1pm and asked about the situation, they promised me within 10 minutes I will be transfered. This did not actually happen till 3 pm. Another aspect is the employee were not helpful at all. I asked the bellhop standing outside the hotel for a taxi and was told by him that it will be easier for me to walk up the block to get one myself, even when I informed him that I was a guest staying here. All this occured right in front of the hotel manager who said nothing. Keep in mind I am fluent in Mandarin and spoke to them in Chinese, the reaction was they were not willing to help. The last incident is that I had wifi in room 803 but when moved to room 930 there was no wifi available. Since I did not bring a laptop and only had my Iphone I needed to check my email for business purposes, I requested the front desk manager to send up a wifi box and was promised they will bring one up. This never happened. When I checked out I made a final complaint about the wifi box and was told the acting manager shift ended and she informed the front desk to bring one up. Well it never happened. Over all aside from the location which was convenient since my meetings took place around the financial district nothing about this hotel will make me come back.
