Bad experience in Harbin Modern hotel location is amazing, but that''s it. Staff service is awful: it took almost one hour for the check-in (they were not able to find our reservation, and simply make us wait till I literary lost my patience) and 45'' for the check-out. English is an option: I know, it''s Harbin and not Beijing, but for a 800 rmb/night basics are expected.Cleanliness is bad: smelly lobby and corridors, bathroom so-so and we had to ask to change the provided bathrobes (dirty and no doubt used).
