I recently travelled to SuZhou with two friends and was lucky enough to spend four nights at the Soul Hotel. Our rooms were the modestly priced rooms, but they were more comfortable than most rooms I been in China and the States. The location is ideal for tourists, especially if you want easy access to shopping and food. All the services were better than expected. That is we expected all the services to be excellent, but often they surpassed even those expectations. Most of the staff speak English, which made staying there very easy for my friend from America. The style of the Hotel was unique and very modern. The breakfast every morning was amazing. In fact ,we also were amazed by the variety and quaility of dishes that they provided for dinner. It should be clear after reading this that there wasn't a single improvement I could suggest. They provide an exercise room, a juice bar, a hair salon, etc. The only thing that this hotel is lacking is a swimming pool. If a pool is your only concern, then maybe this hotel is not for you. If you want everything else to be the best possible, then you will be not disappointed.
