宝辰酒店称得上四星 但前台服务太差劲 没有笑容 等的时间长【又不是奥运会】定的大床房 结果到了是双床房 说有免费饮料券 结果前台说根本没有 我那个气呀 后来经过华旅协调 总算马马虎虎过得去了 晚上日本客人喝酒需要冰块 让服务部送过来 答应马上送 结果等了两个钟头【中间还打了一次电话】还是没来 服务太差劲了 作为首都的一个四星级酒店 服务这么跟不上去 我很郁闷

靠近火车站，如果赶火车是非常方便的，不过服务还可以继续提升。

The hotel is conveniently located at the Beijing Railway station and subway station. With road congestions, it takes only 40 minutes to get easily to the airport by subway. Close location to historical centre is also an advantage. Staff speaks good English. Will stay in this hotel again.
