The review about Ctrip service hotel reservation
Nobody met me in the airport, so I had to call the reception and ask for the address, then to find a taxi and to search with the driver for 40 min - as noone knew where exactly the hotel was. They say they don''t have buses after midnight, but Ctrip has not informed me about that. After I arrived, the reception girl told me the room was not booked and my name was not on the list. I just had a printed record of the Ctrip reservation and they allowed me to stay. But still, the room WAS NOT booked, although I got the sms and email confirmation from Ctrip. What if I didn''t speak Chinese? What if there were no free rooms for that night? This time the Ctrip service was awful!

酒店有空调，但不提供服务，看不懂
曾经住过空港蓝天，那时对碧云天感觉不错，所以这次毫不犹豫的选择这家酒店。酒店的设施还是可以的，9月27日室外温度低，但室内还是很闷的，开空调也没用，还是闷热，一检查，原来是通风状态，不制冷。和客服中心几次沟通，解释说未接到上级通知，不能制冷和制热，只能通风。晕！房间实在太闷，没办法，服务员拿过来一台空调扇，熬过一夜。无论如何想不通，以后来也不会住这了。

北京碧云天Best Western酒店
去新国展，天竺空港开发区办事十分便利，都在步行范围之内。周围商业配套太少，小餐馆主要为满足天竺开发区里的工人中午就餐而建，没什么像样的。酒店大堂明亮整洁，但是客房的地毯不干净，应该定期清洗而事实上没有。另外，中央空调是关闭的。
