入住让我很失望 提前12天成功预定2个大房间，前台竟然告诉我没有预定，把华旅的短信给他看还不承认有房间预定。后来查到有，却告诉我是一个房间，再经交涉沟通，最终才给分了两个房间。搞笑的是前台告诉我一个房间，入住人名字一个是first name ，后边的是last name 。有人见过last nane是Tim的吗？
