Mr Murray Service from Ctrip towards booking this hotel was great couldn''t asked for better.The service from the hotel was 5 star service from door staff to reception and everywhere you walked. We booked this room cause we had booked the 65th floor for pour 15th anniversary and 42nd birthday for my party.Food great the staff great Dj very good but the assistant Manager needs to get a personality check or find a job more suitable due to her rudeness and just about spoiling the night and reacting rudely to some of our friends even to someone buying a bottle of Champagne and after having spent personally nearly 25,000rmb and my friends another 10,000rmb I will never use another Meridien anywhere.The only thing I didn''t like from the room was the shower outside the bath and the shower inside the bath. The ouside shower seemed like you were taking a a shower in some cheap tacky bathroom with no slips to wear on your feet the shower inside you had to hold it while water went everywhere. Last the plugs used for the electric things was too stiff and took time to get them into the slots apart from that was ok. Is it the overall best 5 star hotel i have been to WELL NOIt''s amazing how one person can make such a difference if she worked for me she no longer would be. Find another place in Shanghai there are many other venues

房间设施有点简陋 特别是浴室，太简陋了，还有卫生间。其次客房的高度不错。
