maybe a 5 star with Chinese standards hardware was ok, very 5-star like. The girl checking me in had a little bit attitude problems. First she was saying my reservation was cancel and asked me to call Ctrip. Then after explaining to her and ask her to double check, she found my reservation. Not very friendly during the check-in process. Breakfast was cold at the executive floor. So food was not good. A foul smell was observed at the ground level elevator area in the afternoon of 9/27. Seems like somebody took a dump around the elevator or people forgot to take out the trash. I would say this is more like a upper end 4-star hotel in hardware, 2 star in food, 3 star in service hotel. With the hotel price, you should go with the Regal or the Intercontinental... good luck
