前台服务不错。我们出去办事下大雨打不着车，打电话到前台，有位小姐帮忙联系到了认识的出租车司机，帮了我们大忙，值得表扬！！
酒店装修古朴，卫生不错。

很满意

First time in HounZhou, Stayed in this hotel. First room we got was in the middle of the remodeling. Went to the front desk, moved us to another room right away. From there, everything was just perfect. The clerks at front desk were very warm, nice and helpful. Food were great.Rooms (we had two rooms) are clean. Walking distance to the lake. Things we like the most are the nonsmoking floor rooms and part of the restaurant.We hope more hotels will have more nonsmoking floors and rooms in the future. We will stay here again if we are back to Hangzhou again.

服务差强人意

我是入两天，可是每天只送一张早餐券，和工作人员协商能否两张券按同一时间就餐，竟被拒绝，在大厅取行李时，又看到顾客因同一问题与酒店发生争执。酒店周围黑出租车太多，竟到店内拉客，管理太乱了、。
