The executive floor''s service has improved since my stay 2 months ago. I can''t understand why there are now smoking areas again in the restaurant on the 4th floor whereas I was told the whole dinning areas were smoking free in March. It is very unfortunate that the hotel allows people smoking where government''s policy says no smoking in public area especially in a 4 star hotel. Smoking must be banned for the benefit of other customers. Even non-smoking area smells the odour of cigarettes.
