On check in we got the wrong room.Later the Exec. room itself is just ok, housekeeping entered room with DD sign on and did only half job. No coffee available from housekeeping or room service, minibar was a coke and a chinese herbal tea.Breakfastbuffet was disgusting, even my chinese partner was shocked about the buffet. No service at all, staff standing around and watching guests ( esspecially foreigners ) laughing at them. tables dirty, cooks dissapaer from eggstation at 9.00 and put lots of egg ready fried on a plate for guests to pick up. breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30. food was cold and no coffee except this ready mix machine coffee in cheapest version. juices were like water, toastmachine did not work and toastbread was for 3 days the same. last day the toast was soo hard and the butter you need to check out yourself, no words for it. big bowl, just the bottom has butter and the spoon was as well in there for the entire lenght of my stay. Wanted to talk to manager but nobody showed up. on check out, they wanted me to pay for 1 day for the room they gave us wrongly on check in. I am just disgusted and very upset with this hotel.
