We are from Singapore and came to Guilin with my husband to celebrate my 40th birthday and your hotel staff have made our vacation the most memorable for me!Upon our arrival at the airport, your friendly Travel Office staff, Ms Lily Jiang picked us up met us at the arrival hall. On the journey to the hotel, she gave us good introductions about Guilin, prices of food, interesting sights etc and even asked the driver to take a detour to show us the supermarket and the famour Guilin noodle shop. She is very sweet to take the extra step for us.At check in counter, Ms Tracy Wang attended to us. She knew from my reservation that it was my birthday and told us the hotel has upgraded us to the Lakeview Suite room. We were so surprised. After we got into our beautiful and huge room and saw the stunning lakeview, we said "wow"!In 30 min, Ms Tracy personally delivered a birthday cake to our room for my birthday. This really made us feel so special!This is the most outstanding service I have ever received in my 15 years of frequent travel all over the world for business and personal vacation.I like to thank Ms Lily and Ms Tracy for their execellent service to us and we will certainly remember this 40th birthday trip!We will certainly visit your hotel again when we come to Guilin again.
