I really feel bad for this time

I booked the room via Ctrip at 11:00am, but found my friend also helped me to book another hotel. I called to cancel but was told not able to cancel or adjust to the next week.So I came to the hotel at around 9:15pm and paid cash for no-show.But still got Ctrip message that will charge me on credit card. I called from the US to Ctrip to investigate. I don't know what happened, it is really bad!

酒店超级破，前台小，服务差，男的没服务意识，

住1633，房间窗帘关不上，太破，布件很差，没对面莫泰好！

地点佳设施老啦

地点很好，延安西路江苏路交叉口，很好找。房间内设施旧啦，味道也不太好，礼宾部服务尚可，接待欠佳。

帮客户预定的。大堂的感觉还可以，虽然不大，但好在总体感觉还挺现代的。但是房间太小了，窗户、卫生间都小。觉得有点旧。
