soso Huge problem with rooms as all smelled of smoke, when were given another room we had to ask since it was no smoking why there was ashtrays and matches in the room!Gym and pool were awful, was warned not to use the pool by many people.Staff were very helpful and tried their best to help with sorting the room out etc so very good for customer service, just let down by the standard of the hotel itself.

We will strengthen the communication between these two departments in order to arrange the rooms that meeting the requirements of guests.
