It is stated on the internet and in the hotel folder that all rooms have internet access and mini bar plus refridgerator. This is not so!
I first got a room with no internet. When moved to at room with internet, it was not possible to make a connection on my computer. None of the rooms had a refridgerator. As staff doesn't speak english, I went through the hoops to access my e-mail from a dingy office down stairs. Not appropriate for at four star hotel, and not appropriate for the price of 420 RMB. I stayed at a hotel in the center of Chengdu, that was better and costed less than half the price of my room at Xining Mansion!
