Generally speaking:wonderful!when I checked in at the reception counter,wow to my surprise,they offered me ice towel and free drink coupon. when i enjoyed my drink in Good View Lounge, that was definitely comfortable.the housekeeping gave me house-made chocolate also was very delicious.and another incredible thing was that i can free into the botanical garden just nearby the hotel with room key.a guy who liked the hotel assistant manager named eddy show me their beatiful villa of 555 and 777.and showed me the map of expo.I am very often to china for business,he introduced me other hotels of their group such as Zhuhai,Beijing,Shenzhen etc.in time.a young lady named Claire introduced me the limounsine service when she heard i would like to Pudong airport the next morning. so I did,thanks them,i was very enjoy in this hotel.I am sure if I come back to china someday, I will choose this hotel again!
