订了3天的无烟行政房，Check-in的速度偏慢，Check-out的速度非常慢，服务不够专业热情，在入住的期间没有见过服务员的微笑。房间在无烟层，这个不错，但是有一次在走道里闻到了烟味，不知为何。整体的卫生情况不错，但是既然是行政房，某些必要的办公工具就没有提供。写字台偏小而且是玻璃的，房间内的空调需要每次手动打开。住的是靠马路的房间，窗子的隔音效果不好。早餐品种不多，且基本每天一样。

我们到酒店前台只有一位服务人员，正在接电话，头也没有抬一下，只顾着打电话，过了大约两分钟的样子，我们有点不耐烦了询问是否有人接待我们，才从里面出来两人招呼接待。酒店的设施、环境还好，比我想象的要强点。

- Booked into club floor room but the benefits are totally different from those international hotels. Actually, not much benefits eg. complimentary Chinese Tea only? No brekafast or happy hours.- Service procedure is a bit unusual when you need to sign the bill to your room. The server will ask for your Room Key! Understand that the hotel is trying to prevent guests for not paying the bills, but the hotel is also "punishing" guests who are good. Moreover, not a common practice even among the local hotels.- Staff were not very helpful. Told them that I need a taxi and he replied that you can get one from the main road?- Only Housekeeping greeted us when we met along the corridoors during our 2-day stay. Room was clean and good size.
