相对古城客栈少儿份热闹，多了份安静，毕竟是星级酒店，早餐很丰盛，味道也不错。

不知道丽江的其他酒店如何，但感觉这家不够诚信不够正规，明明是送水果的，非要提醒甚至搬出华旅后才送，就送两个苹果感觉还不太乐意，当然最后我们也没有动过，明明是送长途电话的，结账时还要收取，也要我们顾客提醒，难道系统中没有显示吗？买了两瓶氧气给我，价格比外面店里的高不说，最主要需要收现金直接付服务员，还不开发票和收据。其他设施和服务员态度都不错。

Good, worth to stay again

The location of this hotel is good, walking 10 minutes to the old city. We did not want to stay in the old city mainly because of the noise. Also we don't believe the hotel/inn facilities inside the old city would be as good as this 5 star hotel.

The bathroom is big and nice, so is the bedroom.

The service level of the stuff is great, especially those cleaning up the room and in the restaurants.

I don't like the TV at all, it takes 5-10 tries to get a channel switched, at first I though it was because of the battery, later I found out it was the censor of the TV not working well.

One other thing that was very disappointing was the iron board, it was such an old and broken one, no one would pick it up from the street in Toronto.

总体是不错的,但地毯看上去脏得就象路边摊的桌布,实在让人不敢恭维.希望以后能够改进.
