此次丽江之行，大港旺宝给了我们惊喜。无论周围环境，酒店内设施，都堪比5星中的极品。酒店服务更是没的说,下次依然会选择这家！

房间空调比较干燥，早上起来鼻子不舒服。早餐比较好，品种比较丰富，但就是不提醒一下早餐的结束时间，就收餐，欠缺人性化的提醒。

看了许多点评后才选择了这家酒店，没有选错，酒店的环境真的没的说，早餐品种很丰富，可以边看玉龙雪山边吃早餐，本来华旅对不满12岁的儿童还给免费加床，可到酒店一看这床有2.6米宽，根本不用加。卫生间设施布局非常时尚，服务员都非常有礼貌，这是我住过的最好的酒店。唯一不足的就是电子称不准，一量体重都会减少20公斤。

Overall, our stay was good. However, our experience of dining at the Western restaurant the day when we left for airport was very bad. My daughter＇s chicken sate was cold on arrival. Then My husband＇s hamburger meat was cold, too. When I asked service personal to make it warm, she came back with warm meat but cold French fries. Not sure it is the responsibility of the chef or the service person. Certainly, it is an improvement area for management to look into. Besides, during our entire stay in the restaurant, staff made lots of noise pricking the balloons and laughed loudly. It is ok to be joyful but too much noise was unpleasant for guests. In a restaurant where a hamburger price is ＞80 yuan excl. service charge, I expect better food and service standards.
