My stay at the hotel was very nice. The hotel staff for the most part is not english speaking but they will find someone who is quickly if necessary.I would have to say that the service at the hotel is very good. The hotel staff is very attentive to your needs. If you need something they will quickly accommodate your request. The included morning breakfast was quite good I must say for this level of hotel. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is very good as well. There are very few dining choices in the area. The hotel is set in a scenic area by the lake. However you can walk to the main restaurant street in Wuxi from the hotel in approximately 20-25 minutes, or take a taxi. This hotel has the best internet connection I have experienced in China so far, very fast and free. Rooms facing the lake have a beautiful view of the huge Farris Wheel with all of its beautiful lights at the park next to the Hubin Hotel by the lake in the evenings.
