5.1期间和家人去成都游玩，看熊猫基地什么的入住了绿洲大酒店，非常不满意。。。。。。1，通过华旅定的，所以房间是转角处的房间，看起来很别扭。当时入住的是3323和3325两个房间。。。2，浴室间的毛巾很旧，边缘都起毛边了。3，大床床垫很硬，表面上明显看的出弹簧了。4，浴室间的浴缸漏水很差，几乎不怎漏水，淋浴的喷头是固定的，给小孩洗澡很不方便。5，前台的服务不怎么好，没笑容6.唯一不错的是早餐服务还可以。定了这个酒店给家人住，被老公说了一顿呢，好不容易一家人出来游玩找了个这么烂的酒店，还四星级呢，连上海那边的3星级都不如呢。希望有关人事能改善下。备注：这次定的两个房间都是豪华间，不是标准间哦

I checked in on 20 April and in room temperature was 26.8C. Room was hot and rang the front desk. I was told that hotel did not turn on chilling water so no air con. Due to peak season, room rate was higher than normal and hotel even saved money and NOT providing air con! I stayed in the Holiday Inn Express and that hotel provided air con and room rate was cheaper.No wonder, Chinese all go to foreign brand from formula milk powder, to other food stuff and now even hotels!Internet connection did NOT function in my room and technician had NO idea to fix up just to apologise (attitude was sincere but still could NOT solve my problem!). Very disappointed.
