One of the manager helped me to change my room due to the plumbing leakage and I appreciate that. Again some of the clerks really wanted to provide good service but the hardware in this hotel is really disappointing. Hope I can be lucky enough to get a good room next time.

And try our best to improve it. When you made reservation, our attendant forgot to tell you that there is no no-smoking room for deluxe king bed room. Although we upgrade your room and clean it, the smell of smoke not disappeared. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience brought to you. For the shower, we have asked someone to repair it. About the beverage menu, we are really chose wrong position. We shall be much obliged if you are so kind as to make suggestions for improvement it. Thank you very much for your valuable suggestions.
